Highly recommend Lou Ana's organic coconut oil.  Can be found at Shop Rite supermarkets.  Can be used for cooking and moisturizer.  

Today used Lou Ana's cooking oil for french toast.  With a small amount of cinnamon and honey hit the spot.  Really enjoyed.  Cook tofu, fish, steak, chicken also.  It's definitely a new staple in our house.  Thank you, Lou Ana!
